The Ecosium Warranty safeguards you by offering replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect, not resulting from regular wear and tear or inherent characteristics of the material. Our warranty applies when our product is used as intended, in its normal application, and following our recommended care and usage guidelines.
This warranty is personal and exclusive to you, the original buyer. It is non-transferable and is valid only while you reside in Australia. The Ecosium warranty commences on the date you receive your product and lasts for 5 years.

We are committed to reviewing your claim promptly. If we determine that your claim is valid, we will either repair or replace (as necessary) your product. If your item is discontinued or unavailable, we may choose to replace your original product with a similar alternative.
The warranty is valid from the date you receive your product and does not restart from the date of any replacement or repair. The replaced or repaired product will continue to be covered for the remaining original warranty period.
The benefits provided under the Ecosium warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
